- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be fair to ourselves, as well as the customer. Dealing a fair price and doing an outstanding job are 2 big concerns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get your name and address. Speak over the phone (though some prefer text which is fine), attempt to give an over the phone estimate, although much of the time we must come to the property to give an estimate. If the customer is happy with the estimate, we schedule a time to do the work. We perform the service, and can receive payment on site, over the phone, or the customer can pay online.

Have done lawn care and service, served many customers.
