Mr. Roberts, We are very sorry that you feel this way. We did have a couple of issues that did drag on. 1. We had one Thuja Arborvitae that was browning out. This was the second shrub within a 3 ft area. Both shrubs were I. The area that you and I both asked the painters to stop cleaning their brushes and rollers. Both plants were affected by this. But after the first shrub dies I wanted to make sure what the problem was bow fire planting another shrub. I reference to the 2 X 2 are of grass that had died from lack of water. We replaced this sod and went to a different style nozzle to prevent the nozzle from clogging up with debris. This nozzle was on the end of the line and was stopping up and water flow slowing down. Overall I feel that your job turned out very nice. It would have been nice if you would have discussed the many things we did right. There was over 85 shrubs and trees planted a f we had a problem with two shrubs. The landscape designer called for 3 gallon plants but once installed Mrs Roberts did not like their size and wanted bigger plants. So we removed approximately 20 shrubs and install larger shrubs and only charged you for the difference In Cost for the larger shrubs. We also removed approximately 14 Cleyeras along the back slope that was not properly packed in by the builder and had started to wash and moved and replanted them after fixing the slope in this area at no additional cost.
