- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Though coaching and everything else i was involved in I simply found myself taking this step which (to me) was a natural progression..., I already had and was receiving great joy from the strength and conditioning training I was doing in the off-season as a coach.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically one of two types: 1) general personal training involving a strength, cardio, nutritional, and teaching proper technique and form that all correlates with that individuals goal/goals. and 2) sport specific: involving all training phases mentioned above w/ the addition to on-the-field drills and plyometrics, speed drills, etc
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Really take the time to sit down and think about your specific goals and needs. Really be serious and committed to making a real effort. Real Results come With Real Actions!
