Jim Brock - the Project Manager was very helpful from estimating and clarifying the claims process and executing it. The roof replacement was carried out safe and efficiently and on time. Jim was around during the install to explain items that need renewal and processing the assessment for additional claims. We sat down a couple of times to go through the invoice and payments that went smooth. The roof looks really great and we thank you for your efforts. Jim Brock was very prompt to clarify our questions and comfortable person to work with. We highly recommend Wise Builders roofing and Renovation to our friends who are considering future roof replacement.

All went very smoothly and the new roof looks fantastic. Steve, our project manager, was wonderful and was very responsive anytime we had questions. They really did a great job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a quick 3 to 5 minute phone call to assess needs and identify your project. Next, we set an appointment to come perform a physical inspection to document everything we need. Then we provide an estimate for services.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a Pastor in ministry and someone that does what I do now helped me get a roof replacement through insurance. My family was growing and I felt led into the marketplace! I hired in with a roofing company and now run my own!
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently completed a full roof replacement in Daphne, AL. We helped the homeowner file their claim, met with insurance, and got a full roof replacement scope. We completed the roof in one day!
