Mr Gates provided excellent service and resolved all the issues I raised about my computer. He communicated well re scheduling and ETA and was punctual. He worked efficiently and knew right away how to deal with each issue. He was courteous, friendly, thoughtful, a good listener and able to explain technical matters in an understandable way.
