- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the complexity of the case or task involved and the estimated length of time it will take to complete the case or task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up an appointment to for the potential client to meet face-to-face with a lawyer. We listen as you educate us about your issue and follow up with questions. Then we try to suggest what can and can't be done, as well as the potential costs involved should the potential client want to hire us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our lawyers went to law school, passed the bar exam, and attend regular continuing education seminars to stay current with the law and its trends. Three of the lawyers in our office are former prosecutors, one is a former Air Force pilot, and all are dedicated to the law and its values.
