We've met once when she came to observed my apartment. She is really a nice person who you can easily get along with. She arrange and explain what my apartment needs and much them with my budget. Meredith has a great talent for design as well as vision for color. Can't wait to continue the project with her.

Very unprofessional. Meredeth came late and brought her dog to our initial meeting inside what would become my home. Her dog got away and she spent several minutes looking for him rather than meeting with me. We agreed that in a week and a half Meredeth would get back to me with a quote for services and a design plan. I received neither. Four days later, when I still had not heard from her, I terminated the project. Meredeth seemed to have good ideas and a lot of experience, but my project had a short clock and that didn't seem to fit with her working style.

I had unforeseen circumstances in which I had to focus my attention on family matters and my apologizes for not meeting your deadline. I do appreciate your honest feedback and wish you the best with your renovation. In closing, as any reasonable designer would, I'd be happy to recommend contractors if you are in need.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up an initial consultation meeting to discuss project goals, expectations, and a budget in order to determine objectives for a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the University of Alabama and received a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. During my collegiate years, I was involved with on campus organizations relating to interior design, tutored fellow students in graphics programs, and received the Outstanding Service Award in Interior Design. I also studied abroad in Italy for 6 weeks and traveled to NYC with the interior design program at UA.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire someone that does quality work and will see your project through the end.
