Susan J. says, "My move was a last minute deal…. I was not expecting to find someone to take the job since it was July 3rd. Right before the holiday, the one that families look forward on all year, the pool surely beckoned with the outrageous temperatures. I was lucky. These guys stepped up and assured me they could do it within my time frame and it was on! To be honest…I was holding my breath, wondering if they were really going to show. Indeed they did show (with 2 trucks and five people) and double checked my plan. There were introductions all around, and they stayed at it until the 10x20 storage space was empty. What I particularly liked was the way they kept the fragile items separate from the bulky boxes and furniture. There was no reason to hold my breath any longer. No hand-holding required. All was delivered to the retirement community without incident. Polite, professional, family owned business….the trust I had in them was completely earned. My observations; because it was a bit later in the process when we arrived at the retirement facility I did notice the Father, (Lavelle), using every opportunity to teach his young sons about carrying/moving objects correctly, that the volume of his voice may certainly have carried farther than intended. That said, they did a fine job, and I hope to use them in the future for other projects. A special shout out to Ebony (the Mom), who kept everyone on track 😎"See more
