You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointments up to 24 hours in advance. We guarantee that if you are not satisfied with a cleaning, we will resolve the problem at no extra cost to you. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue you a refund for the cleaning. We have exceptional customer service.
