Introduction: As a repair technician, I hold high the aspects of building, repairing and installing personal computer systems. While doing so, I make sure to inform and educate users of the capabilities of their systems as well as ensure they have as broad a scope of knowledge about their system as possible. Follow-up visits are available for further setup, if customers find their system is lacking in some way for their needs. Unlike most PC repair providers, I seek to inform the client of exactly what caused his/her problem as well as help him/her determine the best tools to complete his/her desired goal.
