I highly recommend Need A Handyman, they came out within 24 hours of my inquiry. They repaired our leaky toilet, leaky hot water heater valve, installed sheet rock and repaired dry rot on our door all in one day! They gave us a great price and left everything neat. Need A Hand Handy-Man Services went above and beyond what we expected. They were professional, personable, skilled, and efficient. They even took a light fixture that had a broken pane upon opening the box back to Lowe's in efforts to exchange it plus obtained and installed a new toilet which wasn't even on our original list. They took pictures of their work since we were not home and completed all items spectacularly. We are quite impressed!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is unique. Pricing depends on the amount of time it will take and what the project is (furniture assembly, drywall work, etc). But my work is always guaranteed, and I will not consider the job complete until you're satisfied! I also have a base of 65.00 dollars an hour. If I have to have extra labour's to help me out, then the hourly might be higher.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will reach out to a new customer, introduce myself,and address any questions or concerns they might have about there project's.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing handyman work for over 20 years. licensed and insured.
