Introduction: We are a custom home builder, designer and remodeler. Kenect Home Builders was founded by Ken Helms with the sole goal of providing affordable, quality custom-built homes. With over 20 years of experience in the custom home design-and-build industry, we have developed a keen sense for turning people's vision into their reality while maintaining cost efficiency within project schedule. Being a designer and builder, we can see the big picture before construction begins. This allows us to make on-the-spot design and construction decisions which save time and money. At Kenect Home Builders, we use cutting-edge technology for 3-D views and walkthroughs which not only helps the clients "see" their vision come to life but also validates the design to catch any problems before construction begins. This technology is also carried through to our scheduling department to ensure timely orders for all construction materials. Kenect Home Builders is a licensed, bonded and insured home builder serving as a member of the International Code Council, which allows us to stay up-to -date on the latest standards, codes, and architectural trends. We have long-standing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, which helps keep control of cost and work schedule. We strive to maintain a good relationship with the people who work for us as well as the people we work for. With a typical home builder, clients will usually have a limited amount of choices to personalize their home, such as selecting cabinets, flooring, paint colors, etc. from two or three preset styles. At Kenect Home Builders, we prefer to build custom homes rather than tract homes because custom home building allows us to work with many different designs and materials.
