FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price each job fairly for what I think it's worth. I always like to figure in materials on each job for customers because I get discounts on materials that I buy a lot of year round. I don't add anything to my cost of materials. I figure if I get the job to do the work from the customers then that is payment enough. I would just like to build an ongoing honest relationship with all my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know customers. Find out what they are wanting done. Get an idea of how we can make it work. And also most important ask about what their budget and time frame are. That way we know more about what the goals we are trying to reach.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated high school. Went to college at UAB for 2 years. Got out of college and decided I wanted to go out on my own and start a new business. And I'm still in business today. Going strong and trying to meet all of my customers wants and needs.
