FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I do a lot of different things which allow me to stay away from official jobs. I am not the 9-5er individual. One day I might sell a load of scarves I crocheted to a local boutique, the next day I may clean a house, and another day I might do a volunteer job in the community or take surveys online. I do whatever pays and can keep me home (within reason).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cleaning their homes, preparing meals for them (mainly elderly), light yard work such as trimming shrubs or pulling weeds, typing up professional letters they need to send off when applying for special services, helping them to get ready for a yard sale, cleaning out attics or basements, organizing and rearranging furniture, and basic repair. I've also helped refinish wood furniture and even played card/board games with them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check them out through their social media profiles. Are they married? Do they have children? Do them seem like level headed individuals?
