FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can always provide a more accurate estimate after I have physically seen the project and or project area. Discussing the details of the project are also important to understand as complete as possible for a most accurate estimate. From this my cost are generally those of materials, labor, and equipment (if necessary) used on project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When possible, I always strive to first meet the customer, physically survey the project and or project areas while discussing the its details. I find that this is the best way for the customers to know exactly who will be working on their project and more importantly, ensures the best experience for both parties with satisfying project results. Once I understand the project, I will submit an official estimate consisting of cost, projected start and completion timeline and method of payment for your review and consideration.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to always meet the project professional before hire. I feel it is important to at least determine first a good connection-fit for all parties involved. My attitude towards all my projects is as follows: Always treat a customer's homes as if it were mine. This includes from the type of materials used, the quality of the work preformed, and finally the level of cleanliness. As such, I recommend that all customers looking to hire professionals in their area to look for qualities like these. Qualities-attitudes like this will generally always ensure the be project experiences and results.
