The attic insulation appears to be in good condition; however, I never received the requested photos for confirmation. Unfortunately, the shelf installation was unsuccessful. The shelves remain uneven, and the misaligned brackets are visibly causing them to tilt. A laser leveler—essential for this type of project—was not used. Initially, they dismissed my concerns until I demonstrated the issue by placing a golf ball on the shelf, which promptly rolled down. After multiple failed attempts, I gave up in trying to get them to see what I was seeing and to avoid them creating additional holes in the wall. I’m hoping they take this experience as an opportunity to perfect their craft and deliver the quality work their clients deserve.
