FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's important for customers to understand that our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of the project, materials, and labor involved. We provide detailed estimates upfront, outlining all costs associated with the work to ensure there are no surprises along the way. Additionally, factors such as project complexity, custom requests, and material choices can influence the final price. We always encourage open communication and will discuss any potential changes or additional costs as the project progresses. Our goal is to deliver high-quality results within the agreed-upon budget, and we’re committed to keeping the customer informed throughout the entire process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer typically involves a collaborative and transparent process to ensure their vision is realized. Initially, I start by listening carefully to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. We then schedule a site visit or consultation to assess the space and discuss ideas in detail. Following this, I provide a detailed proposal or estimate, outlining the scope of work, materials, and timeline. Once the project is approved, I create a project plan and schedule, keeping the customer informed at every stage. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication, address any questions or concerns promptly, and ensure that the work progresses smoothly and meets their expectations. The goal is to deliver a high-quality result while providing a positive, stress-free experience for the customer from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
