- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we are contacted by clients by phone initially. We ask for a description of the task they are needing completed and then ask when a good time to go to the site and do a general walk through with the client. David does the actual labor and I do the business part. Once we have completed a full walk through and have talked with the client regarding budget and a time when they want the job completed, I then will make a few phone call and do some research then create a itemized quote and send it to the client via email, text, link or US mail. If the client has any changes they need to make to the quote they simply need to call and we are more than willing to work with anyone on any point to ensure their satisfaction and ours.
