- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are operated by two master electricians who have worked for the local big franchises. We didn't like how much those franchises ripped off every day customers - so we decided to do it differently. Warranty Electric offers reasonable, competitive pricing to ensure safe and happy customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our office team gets the customer scheduled. From there, our team of licensed master electricians show up to the appointment on time and perform an electrical safety inspection and assess the work that needs to be done. They provide a free quote to the customer and go over any questions or concerns. If the customer approves a quote, we can offer same day installation or schedule the customer for a time that works best to get the work completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are owned and operated by two Master Residential Electricians. These electricians have completed the required schooling hours, work hours, and passed any and all exams for proper licensing. Every year they attend continuous education classes to ensure they are up to speed.
