- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't offer blind estimates, so I give free consultations instead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually my new customers and I get on the same page, expectation wise, within 20 minutes or less! I've been doing this for over 13 years, so that's helped me to be able to answer questions, and consult in an efficient and timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This is a business in which we never stop learning. I've watched too many professionals lose momentum, and flat line. I've had about 400 continuing education hours, in everything from color corrections, eyelash extentions, waxing techniques, to formal hair and makeup, and more! I will always continue searching for ways to improve, and make my sweet Salon Bloom, the best salon in a tri-state region.
