- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally a trainer will give a client a phone call to determine a good time to meet and receive some necessary information. Once we get to meet our new client we will go in and figure out exactly what the client wants to accomplish by using our services and set up any payment information. After that we will quickly have the new client finish up all the necessary paperwork and go through the motions in our assessment. We then take all of this knowledge and create a custom workout routine for our customer. The workouts will begin the second time that we meet. However you will be given the personal contact information for your trainer so feel free to reach out to them in the time between workouts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our trainers are nationally certified in personal training either by the National Academy Of Sport Medicine or by the National Strength & Conditioning Association. On top of this our trainers are also CPR/First Aid certified.
