Introduction: Superclean of Arkansas was created by Matt Lantz and William (Bill) Bray simply by merging three smaller companies: Chem Dry of Garland County, Cash Carpet and Spa City Cleaners. Mr. Bray is retired from the company. The company is now solely owned and operated by Matt Lantz and his experienced staff of professional technicians. All technicians are trained and IICRC certified.
Superclean offers a whole house special -- single story for $99.00. Additional services offered: Carpet care, pet odor removal, carpet protection, oriental rug cleaning, quick dry, tile and grout cleaning.

Good peeps, good pricing. I needed help getting my floors in shape before turning my home over to renters. It was a last-minute job, and they came through with flying colors (they do carpet patching, which is a rare service.) The pricing was really good, and the customer service was solid. I was even able to speak to the owner directly about a challenge and he resolved everything within a minute. I will definitely use again.

My wife hired this company to clean the living room carpets. The work was adequate, at best. We were surprised to find a charge from this company some months later when we hadn't hired them again. If you hire them, pay with cash so they can't steal from you later.
