My lock was a right hand lock. He put in a left hand lock without asking me will that be okay. One of the feature was missing on the left hand lock that was on the right hand lock. Also, he used some parts off of the old lock because the new one wasn't the exact one. I would had waited the next day to get the right one. But Speedy locksmith didn't give me that option. He didn't think it was a big deal. But it was to me. I guess he didn't want to come back to finish. Just wanted to make money today. Speedy Locksmith knock some of the price down. That was okay. But I would have like the right lock. I would have given Speedy Locksmith a 5 star if they had put on the right lock from the start. I won't be using them again.

I am honest, fair and upfront with all my pricing. We also offer veteran, senior and emergency first responder discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new customers on a daily basis. My goal is to understand their needs, answer any questions they may have and to educate them on any products that may make their homes more secure. My goal is also to provide excellent and professional service. Many of my customers have become repeat clients. They have referred their friends and families to me, which is the highest form of compliment anyone can give you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a locksmith for over 6 years. My experience includes car key make and car lockouts, safe lockouts, installation of deadbolts, installation of new locks hardware, rekeying of locks, reprogramming garage door openers, etc. I strive to continue to broaden my knowledge of locks since I still come across new aspects of locks and how they function every week.
