FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not always focused on an hourly rate or a per job rate. There are many variables that need to be considered when estimating any new project. The number one thing to consider is the customers budget. Once there is an understandable budget range the details and goals of the project can be better understood and managed accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I am very interested in getting to know who they are and who they represent if they are representing a company or business. Knowing the customer/client is important to understanding the needs and outcomes of the work requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in the creative services profession for over 30 years. I have been in many roles over those years from an entry level designer to creative director, director of photography, art director, and camera operator to design and construction on location. I have a BFA and MFA in design and an MS in communications and business marketing. So being a business owner of my own creative studio just seemed fitting.
