- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for maintenance services are based on square footage of the turf, beds, or other items needing attention. This is determined either by walking the property in person or measuring via satellite imagery last between 2 years ago and this February 2019. Call to ask about any applicable discounts and follow us on Facebook.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Mutual respect and understanding goes along way with us. We like to get to know our customers so we can better see problems and solutions through the lens of the customer. We typically schedule a short call or property visit both for maintenance and landscaping jobs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Michael began learning agronomy (the study of grasses) while working in the baker's and millers union in Minnesota. After returning to Arkansas Michael worked his way up the ranks of TruGreen lawn care until he managed all commercial business for North Arkansas. Michael managed this business and advised landscapers for 5 years until December 2018 when he chose to pursue his own full service business.
