- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices often vary per event. We custom tailor each event to the desire of our clients! We don't believe in charging for services or equipment you don't need. We offer enhancements to all our DJ packages..... Lighting, uplighting, cafe lighting, cake pinspots, projection mapping, multiple sound systems, led screens and projectors, Co2 blast, dancing under the stars, dancing in the clouds, and more. All "add on's" are at a discounted rate. We also offer 10% discount for services paid in full 30 days prior to the event date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you contacts us, we discuss vision, needs, and budget to understand your event desires. All events are different therefore its important to ensure all details are attended to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating high school in 1989 I started touring in the music industry and taking classes in audio / visual during the off seasons. Since then I've taken countless classes and learned from experience and friends new and exciting trends.
