Introduction: I am border line OCD when it comes to planning and executing for an event, particularly when it comes to bartending. I don't just show up to an event and wing it. I contact my clients with plenty of time to plan and coordinate and so we talk about the "little details" to ensure that we are a 100% ready the day of the event. The interaction with my guests. I am very professional at what I do but in a relax, friendly and cordial way. I like to have "fun & joke" with my guests while I serve them otherwise it would be boring!!
