My work is based on trying to capture the individual personality of my subjects, not cookie cutter poses and scenes. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a major in photography. I research new methods and techniques, attend trade shows and clinics, and follow the latest trends in the industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of weddings, family portraits and newborn photos. We often start with engagement photos, then shoot the wedding, then the maternity, then newborn and family shoots.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice is to view portfolios, ask questions, and get references. Price does not always reflect quality. If the photographer does not have the style, quality or experience you are looking for, then no matter how inexpensive they are you will not be happy.
