- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary due to what type of services you require....Just for Starters! Being that it's Leaf Season..Depending on Your locations if you all have a Leaf ? that comes through on the regular...if so, then it depends on if you wanted the Leaves to be put on the curb or not...other than that. I Charge $3 per bag and I use 55 gallon Construction bags as well and will place them at the curbside you specify! Also, if You are gonna need me to climb on Top of your Roof I would love for you to let me know in advance....Thanks in advance as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well first and foremost...Reporting in a Timely manner...showing Proper Respect to Him/Her...And making sure I get Detailed information on what needs to be done....and Most importantly always be honest about ANYTHING I'm not sure about...other than that...I try and Do WELL in EVERYTHING I do....
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well since a young teen...I met a Good MAN at my church who took me under his wings and trained me...I still to this day Value his Training and Lessons...NOW! I have been faithfully maintaining and paying it forward to others who are in need!
