- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A consultation fee is charged for on-site evaluation of project and estimate. This is waived if the project is booked. Most projects are charged at a square ft or linear ft price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value communication from booking and onsite consultation through project completion. Advanced notice for start dates is provided, daily progress reports, and timely response for questions and concerns is also offered. Full payment to be collected upon completion of project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a new company in the NWA area, however, we have 16 years of experience in the field. Our emphasis is landscape construction, which encompasses many types of projects.
