Work quality - The look and finish of the concrete is exactly as I expected. It is a smooth finish with straight trim, lines and crisp, square corners. The slab is the exact height, depth and dimension requested and cleanup afterwards was good. The step he suggested at the front of the slab was needed and is a comfortable height.
Value - The cost was exactly as agreed to from the beginning and I thought very reasonable. No surprises or requests for extras.
Professionalism - I felt Eden was very knowledgeable and experienced about how to do my extension. He always, answered my questions completely. He was always here when he said he would be and do what he said he would do. He was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to my texts.
I would not hesitate to call on him for any future project.
