My job was bid out June 3rd. I paid up front 3/4 of the money. $4500. Paid for Stone. Soil. Weed barrier and rock after planting. I was told it would take about 3-5 days. Today my landscape sits unfinished. No return phone calls or texts from her. I haven't seen or heard from her since July 16th. No finished wall. No soil. No weed barrier and will have no rock. Today I have found someone to finish the wall and soil w the little money I had left. Today is August 20th.
