We specialize in South Asian/Indian Weddings and offer design & execution for all events including Christian Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday's, Anniversaries and any other special event. We service Northwest Arkansas and all surrounding areas
We work with you to bring your vision to life and executed all of the details the day off so you can have a stress free event!
Additionally, we bring all of our own equipment so we can be a one stop shop and you don't have to worry about renting from a 3rd party!
Our pricing is very reasonable and below is an overview of what our services would include:
- Overview session upon contract signing (call or in person)
- Unlimited communication leading up to the event to discuss details
- Vendor management/design
- Robust timeline review
- Day of coordinating/design execution
Our Day of Coordination Package:
0 - 50 guests - $500
50-100 guests - $550
100 - 150 guests - $600
150 - 200 guests - $650
For event design we can create a package that will work with your budget and give you a dream event!! :)

Bhakti planned my baby shower and went above and beyond to perfect every detail. The venue, food, decorations, gifts, invites, and her energy were amazing. She was so attentive to what I wanted and was able to execute everything even better than I could have imagined. My guests and I could not stop praising her work! I will definitely use her for all of my events in the future and highly recommend her.

Incredibly thorough and very well organized. I really liked her passion for the event, and her creative approach. Even with a limited budget she was able to pull off a top notch event. I like her and her style, she kept the chaos calm and worked through all of the issues and drama like a champ. I highly reccommed her!
