- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is complictaed about pricing a job. What goes into the price of your project are normal items. Size, amount of material, time, etc. I can answer any questions you have regarding bids or pricing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs are matching colors and stains, figuring out the process that it would take to do the job and make out samples, so as to give a choice to the customer. Kitchen tables and furniture restoration my favorites. I like to take a piece of junk and turn it in to something beautiful. I've been doing this for about 24 years or more. its not just a job to me. its fun, especially to figure out your problems.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
