FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely, I am constantly learning and keeping up with the innovation in the dynamic world of digital marketing. Also, I study consumer behavior and trends - sometimes what we think the consumer wants, is not in line with what they want. The customer is king!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
At first, I wanted to be an attorney. While attending college, I got a job with a local yellow pages company and decided that I could use this creativity while working with attorneys/legal profession. I just became very passionate about being the person who could help decide the success rate of a unique set of business. One day, I was helping a corporate law firm and the next day I was helping the local plumber. My diverse understanding of business has helped me understand the customer needs and expectations on a very unique level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Social media management, web development, lead generation - basically, I find the proper solution to get the desired result. I am also not afraid to measure; stop; back up and punt with a new solution if necessary. I didn't establish my reputation by selling products, I am known for getting results.
