- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Our service call fee is $125, which is waived if you hire us for the job. For larger projects, we provide a free written estimate before any work begins. We do not charge extra for standard residential jobs, and we offer discounts for repeat customers and multi-service bookings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to you. After your initial contact, we schedule a time that works for your schedule, arrive on time, and conduct a thorough assessment of the issue. We then walk you through exactly what needs to be done and why, provide a clear quote, and get your approval before starting any work. We clean up after every job and follow up to make sure you're satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team holds Arkansas state electrical licenses and has completed thousands of hours of hands-on training in residential and light commercial electrical work. We stay current with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local Arkansas code updates through continuing education. All of our technicians are background-checked and trained in safety best practices.
