- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes! It's key! Different lighting techniques, books, groups, INVESTING! If your photographer doesn't invest in their trade - find another photographer. I am a member of the PPA, APPA, and UPPPI. I am the founder of a national NPO and are heavily involved in many communities of photography and art.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
RESEARCH research research! A woman who is searching for this style of photography may have a very delicate self image. It's VERY important that your photographer is experienced in photographing the female form, of all shapes, in order to make the experience amazing!
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That it's not just "clicking the shutter button". This is HARD intensified work. It's not a quick and easy dollar. This is a very time consuming and expensive field to work in.
