Staff have always been helpful & patient when I need assistance with my computer concerns. They are professional & will answer any questions I have...no matter how trivial it might be. The refurbished computer I bought works well, when I had questions they were answered promptly and if I didn't understand what was wrong with my laptop they explained it to me. They saved my data when the laptop died.I will continue to use their service.
