- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
same as even our long term replete customers show up. ON TIME. repair or replace problem as efficiently as possible to the situation And leave it cleaner then we found it we appreciate all our customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing this a long time 13years.. my father joe has been doing this for 45years from casino high rises in Atlantic city NJ. to being moved to arizona to build custom homes if it's plumbing we can build it. And we can maintain and repair it

My father joe was a.plumber and just following his foot steps it's an honest living
