- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I stay in the market value prices. That's the price range from the lowest to the highest. l try to stay on the middle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting with the new costumer. So I can help them get there Dream Yard Come a Reality Along with educating the customer on everything I'm doing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes my suppliers notify me on new courses, and certification classes the training programs for new products. I'm wanting to make all my employes certified installers.
