- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on load size, distance, and disposal fees. I provide upfront quotes with no hidden charges. I also offer discounts for repeat customers, seniors, and military. Same-day service is available depending on the schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking for a few photos of the items, provide a clear estimate, and schedule a time that works best for them. On arrival, I confirm the price, load everything safely, and sweep the area before leaving. Payment is simple and customers are updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands-on experience with safe hauling, lifting techniques, and securing loads properly. I’ve worked with trailers and equipment for years and understand how to handle heavy items, stairs, and tight spaces without causing damage.
