- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand that each business or/and individual is unique and has different needs when it comes to bookkeeping and taxes so I do not have a One-Size fits all pricing model. My fees are customized for each client and based on the workload, documents, and amount of transactions. I offer a FREE initial consultation/discovery call and price estimate for upfront pricing transparency to avoid any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is the FREE discovery call to see if I would be the best professional for you. Bookkeeping: After the discovery call, I will prepare a proposal that will be emailed to you for your approval. After approval, you will receive a Welcome Email with a list of documents and other information needed so we can get started. Tax Preparation: The first step is to complete our tax client organizer providing us with all of your information and documents. We will begin the work, send to you for a final review and signature before e-filing. You also get up to 1 hr Consultation/Review with your tax professional to go over any questions you may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Certificate in Accounting and Enrolled Agent Training at Rio Salado College in Tempe AZ, as well as my Certification in QuickBooks Online as a Pro-Advisor.
