- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to collect and understand as much information from the client as possible as everything I do is completely customized. This includes client's goals, lifestyle, current nutrition/training regimen (if applicable), and what they've tried in the past.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a former D1 collegiate softball athlete with over 8 years of experience in the field. I am also an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, NCI L1 nutrition coach, PN1 nutrition coach, and NCI certified hormone specialist.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been into athletics for as long as I can remember, but my passion has always been in women's health. I saw my mom do fad diet after fad diet to lose weight, and so many friend's who bought into all sorts of diet culture products that left them more frustrated when they started. I realized that no one was out there teaching a way that made health and fitness a SUSTAINABLE lifestyle rather than just a quick extreme fix. I care about sustainability. My goal is for my clients to not need to work with me forever. That they learn, and grow and get strong and years after working with me they are able to still maintain their results. That is how I base my own success in working with clients.
