Francisco was very professional from start to finish. The quality of service we received for the price was amazing. He also had great communication by keeping us informed with the progress of the job all the way up to the end. He also followed up with us long after the job to ensure everything checked out, which I really liked, most people do a job and you never hear back from them. I would definitely hire Francisco again and refer him to friends and family.

Had a great experience while dealing with Francisco himself very professional an understanding as to how this works with insurance company. While waiting for the insurance company to make the decision being a good company offered to go ahead and start work knowing that the check would be on its way made me feel like I was on top of the world. Appreciate this company for taking the time out what's going on with the COV 19 thank you so much for your teamwork and all that you do to make it a better place to live with my roof being done and looks amazing thank you

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to provide a fair and economical price with high quality labor. I add as much detail in my proposals so the customer is well informed and understands as much as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially we will speak via phone or email and I will gather as much information as possible to prepare me for the inspection. I also aim to build a good relationship with the customer so throughout the job there is a clear line of communication. Once the inspection and proposal is complete we look for an ideal time to begin the job. Proposals are prepared and presented same day (no later then next day) via email or in person depending on customers preference.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
D&M Roofing has been in business for over 8 years now, always staying up with current industry standards, vendors/suppliers and other means of improving the business as well as the experience for the customer.
