- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My preferred pricing structure is to review the Scope of Work and property and then give a flat fee for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consult. Walk through of the property. Drafting of a Scope of Work to outline exactly my clients expectations. Submission of a proposal, which most likely would be a flat fee for my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took several interior design classes as electives while attending college while pursuing my business degree. ASU did not have a formal Interior Design Degree at that time. I always felt I had this talent from birth. I have been doing this for many years, and started MARE Properties in 2014. I have helped with new builds, remodels, helped numerous people upgrade the interior of their house, etc. When I recently retired from an executive position for an international company, I decided to pursue my real love, interior design, full time. I am a registered Pro with many major companies such as Floor & Decor, Home Depot, Lowe's, Wayfair, Sherwin-Williams, etc.
