- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in 100% transparency. We do not bill by the hour. All of our services are provided on a flat, fixed-fee basis, which we'll agree on upfront. This ensures you never have to 'watch the clock' or worry about a surprise hourly bill. Your investment is always predictable, allowing us to focus on partnership and value, not billing. We build a custom, flat-rate proposal after our discovery session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a clear, 4-step process: 1. BOOK YOUR 15-MINUTE FIT CALL: A quick 15-minute, one-on-one call to see if we're a good fit. We'll learn about your business, and you can learn about our process. If it's a match, we'll schedule a deeper discovery session. 2. RECEIVE YOUR CUSTOM PROPOSAL: After our discovery, we'll build a custom proposal outlining the perfect mix of our Foundations, Management, or Advisory tiers, plus any Additional Solutions you need. 3. COMPLETE ONBOARDING: We'll guide you through our seamless onboarding process, connect your systems, and get your Cloud-Based Ecosystem fully set up. 4. BEGIN OUR PARTNERSHIP: We'll execute your plan and begin our ongoing cycle of Financial Reviews and Strategic Planning Sessions to help you drive long-term value.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold three business-focused degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University: a B.S. in Accounting, a B.S. in Business Administration, and a B.S. in Finance. This formal education is the foundation, but my most valuable training comes from my 'in-the-trenches' professional experience, where I've been navigating complex business models and diverse accounting challenges since 2007.
