My process starts with a consultation to learn more about your business, your current bookkeeping system, and the specific challenges you’re facing. From there, I review your bookkeeping needs and recommend the best approach based on your goals. Typical process: • Initial consultation to discuss your business and services needed • Review of current bookkeeping records or QuickBooks account • Creation of a customized bookkeeping plan and pricing quote • Secure collection of financial documents and account access • Cleanup, setup, or monthly bookkeeping services begin • Ongoing communication and regular financial reporting My goal is to make the process simple, organized, and stress-free while keeping you informed every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Arizona, Eller College of Management, where I developed a strong foundation in business, finance, and accounting principles. In addition to my education, I have hands-on experience working with bookkeeping systems and financial reporting for small to medium-sized businesses. I also continue expanding my knowledge through ongoing accounting and bookkeeping training, including experience with QuickBooks and financial organization best practices. My combination of education, attention to detail, and passion for numbers allows me to provide accurate, reliable bookkeeping services that help business owners stay organized and financially informed.
