Introduction: Having had to hire an attorney to represent me for matters outside of my expertise and other professionals such as accountants and doctors, I understand that communication and competence are two of the most important traits a service professional must exhibit continually. I have built my professional career on being extremely competent, providing constant communication, and once I am retained by a client I am committed to their results. I enjoy the process of discussing with client's their life circumstances, helping to determine the best course of action then in many cases helping to deliver the best possible solution. I understand that many times people feel trapped by their circumstances or an agency, company or person who is pursuing a claim against them. However, I also understand that most situations have a solution and I enjoy planning and executing that solution.
