I spent a year at a major HVAC company here in Phoenix. I went above and beyond to earn my NATE certification which most professional HVAC technicians do not have.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat all customers the same! Whether you’re new or a regular I will answer every question you may have, give a thorough summary of the system and let YOU decide the course of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a short-lived military experience which taught me attention to detail. Also, I learned customer service skills while working at a restaurant for a year.
