This group is just amazing! First of all, they are very compassionate and professional. Having to file bankruptcy is stressful enough, but they made me feel calm and respected. They respond to emails and calls very quickly, and answer any questions I have, and truly seem to care. They were also upfront about all of the fees, what the payments would be, and NO hidden costs like some attorneys. My attorney is Morgan McCain, who is very kind. Also Jennifer & Cheyenne have been really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this office!
I called MacLeod Peterson because I was facing mounting credit card debt and the IRS was taking my wages. I called MacLeod Peterson and Stuart Peterson met with me and he laid out a structured plan to help me through the difficult process. His understanding and professionalism really put my mind at ease. He assisted me through a bankruptcy filing that not only took care of my credit card debt, but also wiped out my tax debt. I talked with many other people who said that my tax debt would never go away but Stuart was able to guide me to a path of being debt free and, more importantly, free from the IRS. I would recommend Stuart Peterson and MacLeod Peterson to anyone and everyone who is in need of an attorney.
One of the most difficult choices in our life has been the choice to file bankruptcy. We had insurmountable medical bills and credit card debt due to job loss and the medical bills. We began investigating bankruptcy attorneys for several months and did not feel comfortable with any of them due to high-pressure tactics and elevated fees. It was a scary trek into uncharted waters. When you are struggling financially, the last thing you need is to find a way to come up with exorbitant legal fees, so when we found Anthony Clark, we were surprised and relieved that he was not a high-pressure lawyer, nor did he charge as much as other attorneys in the area. Anthony spoke with us over the course of several months without charging us a cent until we were ready to file Chapter 7. We are still in the middle of our case and our debt has not been discharged yet, but Anthony has been right there with us, every step of the way. He responds quickly to emails, he answers his own phone and is not in any hurry to end the conversation with you until you understand all of the ramifications of your case. He never gets irritated when my husband or I ask him questions because he wants to make sure we understand every aspect of the process. Anthony keeps his promises and when he tells you that he will do something, he will--for example, our mortgage company has been challenging to work with, but Anthony has persevered without complaint. My husband and I are very happy we chose Anthony to represent us for our Chapter 7 bankruptcy. It certainly was not something we wanted to do, but there was no other option for us. Thanks, Anthony!
The Neeley Law Firm is extremely professional and helpful. They understand how stressful bankruptcy can be and are there to guide you and support you through the whole process. I couldn't have done it without the help of Telina, my paralegal. Everything is going smooth....thanks to Telina, and my lawyer Dane. The next step in my process, will be my 341 meeting....in a few weeks.
Attorney Carlene Simmons was very easy to work with, flexible, affordable, and made the process a piece of cake!
After eight months of searching for a bankruptcy Attorney I was fortunate to find Mr. Hodyno who stepped in and took over my case, all my fears along with it. He was never "too busy" to answer questions, return calls or advise me. Very rare!! I cannot express to Brant how grateful I am to have him on my side. I went from being a basket case to feeling protected and secure. Wish I could give him 10 stars!! His name says it all..."Compassionate Counsel." By far the best Attorney I have ever worked.
I honestly don't know what to say. The service I received was better than I could ever imagine. I've never needed an attorney before but I would highly recommend Todd Simpson to represent everyone I know that needs his service. Once again thank you for everything that you've done it is greatly appreciated.
I was so humiliated at having at needing your services. The attorney I worked with made me feel so much better. Answered all of my questions and even answered some I didn't realize I had.
I just want everyone to know Judd Nemiro is the best attorney I've ever had. I was in a child custody case and Judd did exactly what he said he would. I've had a few lawyers in my life take my money and did not fulfill what they had promised. I would highly recommend Judd Nemiro to my friends and family without hesitation. If you want a good lawyer this is your guy.
Anthony was extremely knowledgeable in my experience in dealing with him. He gave sound legal advice at a time when I needed it the most. He was professional, direct and clear in the way he helped me. You never hope to NEED an attorney, however if the need did arise to require Anthony's services again, I would not hesitate to ask him. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I've had the pleasure of retaining Hall Underwood twice (originally only for temporary orders, then again for the rest of my divorce). Words really cannot express how grateful I am for all the effort Jay and Emi put in to my case, because everything I've been fighting for over the past year (my kids and their future), they fought just as hard for them on their end as counsel. Emi represented me through the first part of my divorce for temporary orders at Hall Underwood. She did a wonderful job thoroughly and patiently answering every single one of my questions and didn't hesitate to further explain her answers if I didn't fully understand her response. It is clear having had the pleasure of being represented by her that Emi has a profound passion for law which garners great respect from her colleagues and the Court. She appeared on my behalf at a Resolution Management Conference and masterfully guided the direction of the entire hearing in our favor in a graceful and professional manner, securing much needed orders that, ultimately, later lead to the opposing party being forced to settle the entire divorce on our terms. The pleadings she drafted in my case were elegantly worded and flowed flawlessly through each paragraph, on par with what you would expect to see in the highest courts in the land. After the temporary orders matter settled, I ended up retaining Jay and Emi again a few months later after unsuccessfully trying to settle the rest of the issues. Opposing counsel was extremely dodgy and refused to provide mandatory discovery for months even after I retained them. They were calm and professional dealing with my ex's unreasonably difficult attorney and eventually forced them to hand over everything we needed. The most impressive part of Jay's performance was that he noticed a subtle, yet significant defect in the wording of the proposed parenting plan we received and capitalized on it, which allowed me to place the children in any school in the valley with zero restrictions and ultimately place them in the best school possible (one of the things that is EXTREMELY important to me). Needless to say, my ex wasn't very happy about that, and her attorney fought pretty hard to try to save face in the wake of his devastating blunder. He tried to back out of the agreements that we had made that were not yet binding, tried to conduct an untimely noticed and frivolous deposition, tried to make misleading arguments so I'd be the one to have to pay child support, tried rearrange the parenting time schedule, and continually threatend an award of attorney's fees if we didn't give in to his demands. Naturally, Jay knew it was all just an act and called his bluff. Eventually, after all the discovery was completed, Jay gave him an ultimatum. Either this case settles, or we go to trial and we'll almost certainly collect an award of attorney's fees from having to enforce the parenting plan we agreed to (which was binding pursuant to Rule 69). Needless to say, they chose the former. I really couldn't be happier with the results of my case. Not only did I get almost exactly what I wanted out of my divorce, but also my fees for the entire case were only about one-third (1/3) of what my ex paid for her attorney (hers was hourly), who has been practicing for over 30 years, and we still came out slightly ahead. I think that speaks to how amazing Jay and Emi are in their profession. Having dealt with a dozen or so other attorneys in my divorce, Hall Underwood is the only law firm I'll ever recommend to family and friends.
I was divorced from my Ex-wife for several. She had an attorney and I did not. Initially she got custody of our children even though they all wanted to be with me. Eight years after the final decree I hired Jordan LLC and she was able to modify my custody giving me custody and stopping all child and spousal support. In fact, she had my Ex paying me child support. I found Jordan Law LLC very helpful, knowledgeable, and tenacious. I would not hesitate to hire her again.

Having had to hire an attorney to represent me for matters outside of my expertise and other professionals such as accountants and doctors, I understand that communication and competence are two of the most important traits a service professional must exhibit continually. I have built my professional career on being extremely competent, providing constant communication, and once I am retained by a client I am committed to their results. Communication, Competence, Commitment that's what sets me apart.
